Part of the series “The Rooms of Perception”

Room n. II captures a surreal tension between fragility and wonder. A flamingo, a pink zebra, and rumpled sheets glow against the turquoise decay of a flooded room, where two paper boats drift as symbols of play and freedom. Light slices in from the left, carving shadows across the walls, while above, a masked woman hangs in suspension, half muse, half apparition. The work invites us into a space where the familiar slips into the dreamlike, asking us to linger in the threshold between reality and imagination.
