It’s busy holiday time here in Noosa and always a fabulous time of the year… we do winter well!! So much is happening and coming up at the gallery, interspersed as always with new and exciting works arriving. This weekend, we will be immersing ourselves in the Noosa Concours d’Elegance, incredible cars, wonderful music, and good old-fashioned hospitality. It’s a highlight of the social calendar. If you are in Noosa on Saturday, do pop in for a celebratory glass of bubbles and to peruse the artworks we have curated for this fourth annual celebration of design, craftsmanship, and coastal style. Congratulations Brandi Hughes on becoming a Sunshine Coast National Art Prize 2026 finalist with the amazing painting ‘Pick Me’ from her recent exhibition “I Love You Buckets Full”. What an amazing achievement!! This year’s judge is Rhana Devenport ONZM, a curator, writer and academic based in Sydney/Gadigal. The major prizewinning artwork will be acquired into the Sunshine Coast Art Collection. Winners will be announced on Thursday 24 September 2026.
