‘ALLISIONS’ Solo Exhibition by Sunshine Coast Artist Ben Hedström

We are excited to see a new collection, ‘Allisions‘ by Ben Hedström, hanging in the Noosa Regional Gallery this Friday. The depiction of the local coastal areas are breathtakingly personal and beautiful. Definitely not an exhibition to be missed.

“The encounter between the visceral experience of a landscape and its cerebral resonance gives rise to a unique phenomenon – an ‘allision’. This pivotal moment occurs when one’s being aligns aesthetically, sensually, and emotionally with the stationary object – the landscape. This signifies the genesis of a transformative journey, wherein a profound connection is forged, leading to a deeper understanding of one’s authentic self.”
